How long does it take to receive my purchased item(s)?
You can expect a delivery time of 2-3 business days after purchase. Please note that processing your order may take up to 1 business day.

Does True Natural Oils ship to all 50 states?
Yes. We ship organic hemp oil extracts containing less than 0.3% THC to all 50 states.

Do you offer refunds?
Natural Pet Oil will allow a request for refund of your purchase upon request made to the company in writing within thirty (30) days and items are returned with pre approval and in resalable condition to Natural Pet Oil. Qualified and eligible products shall receive a full refund minus all shipping and handling charges associated with your order. Customers must obtain a written approval for return by contacting info@naturalpetoil.com. In the event of a damaged product or product in less than acceptable condition, customers must contact order@truenaturaloils.com in writing or by phone within five (5) calendar days of delivery of products. After thirty 30 days of order date, products will no longer be acceptable for replacement.
